The bigknob.com Ad Exchange uses cookies, Web beacons, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to give Publishers the possibility to offer, and Ad Exchange advertisers the ability to show, targeted ads on the device on which you are viewing this policy or a different device. These ads are more likely to be relevant to you because they are based on inferences drawn from location data, web viewing data collected across non-affiliated sites over time, and/or application use data collected across non-affiliated apps over time. This is called “interest-based advertising.” In addition, certain third parties may collect data on the bigknob.com website and combine this data with information collected from other websites over time for purposes that include interest-based advertising.

6. Opting Out for Certain Non-Cookie Services (in applicable countries)

We are using local storage only for application processing, not for any tracking processes. 7. Opting Out for Mobile Application Data
To opt out of bigknob.com’s collection, use, and transfer of data for interest-based advertising on mobile apps, you may download the DAA’s AppChoices application from the Android or iOS app store on your mobile device. We relied on the Privacy Policy Generator to design our terms of service. Users outside the United States may not have access to this application; instead, you can use “Limit Ad Tracking” in your iOS settings or “Opt out of interest-based ads” in your Android settings to limit bigknob.com’s collection of data for interest-based advertising.
8. Opting Out for Location Data
You may opt out of our collection, use, and transfer of precise location data by using the location services controls in your mobile device’s settings.
9. Effect of Opting Out
If you use a different device or browser, or erase cookies from your browser, you will need to renew your opt-out choice.
If you opt out of bigknob.com’s practices, you may continue to receive interest-based advertising through other companies. Third-party advertisers and ad networks that participate in the bigknob.com Ad Exchange may also use their own cookies and other ad service technologies to display and track their ads. We do not control and are not responsible for such third-party advertisers and ad networks’ information practices or their use of cookies and other ad service technologies. Even if you opt-out, bigknob.com may continue to collect data for other purposes. You still will receive advertising from the bigknob.com Ad Exchange when you visit websites of a Publisher who uses our Services – but such advertisements will not be targeted to you.

bigknob.com takes reasonable steps to ensure that information is accurate, complete, current, and reliable for its intended use. Shipping Policy

Grandview Technologies, referred to as “we” and “us”, operates the website (bigknob.com) referred to as the “Website”. When you place an order through this Website, you accept the following terms. These terms are established to ensure mutual understanding and agreement between both parties regarding our services and to protect the interests of both parties.
1. General
Subject to stock availability, we make an effort to keep accurate stock numbers on our website. However, on occasion, there may be an error in our stock count, leading to a situation where we cannot fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. If this occurs, we will deliver the available products to you and get in touch with you to determine if you prefer to wait for the restocked item or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are only incurred in the case of an approved return, the original cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from any refund.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
At BigKnob.com, we cannot accept returns because you changed your mind, our items are normally used, vintage or rare items with little to no profit margin. Please make sure of your purchase before ordering.
3.2 Warranty Returns
BigKnob.com offers no warranty of any kind, All our items are sold “as is” please be sure of your purchase, in the event we have made a mistake in the description of an items condition or use-ability please contact us for a resolution, we may at our desecration allow a return in this instance.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
Typically, it takes 2 to 7 days for domestic shipments to be delivered, But we cannot be held accountable for items once they are picked up by the respective carrier.
4.2 Transit time Internationally
International shipping is not supported.
4.3 Dispatch time
Orders are typically sent out within 2 working days after payment has been received.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
Regarding requests for changing the delivery address, if an item has been dispatched it is not possible to change the delivery address.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
BigKnob.com cannot ship to a P.O. box.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
The shipping of packages to military addresses is possible with USPS, however, courier services do not offer this service.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
In the event of an item being unavailable, we will process a cancellation and refund for the out-of-stock item and proceed with shipping the remaining items in the order.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
Please contact us if the delivery time has surpassed the expected delivery window, so we can initiate an inquiry.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once their order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link which will allow them to monitor the status of their shipment, as updated by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
In the event of a damaged parcel during transit, kindly reject it from the courier if possible and reach out to our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please inform our customer service team for further instructions.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
At our small scale we have no obligation to collect sales tax.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. However, if your order has already been dispatched, kindly refer to our refund policy for further information.
9. Insurance
The insurance coverage for the loss and damage of parcels is up to the value declared by the courier.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
9.2 Process for parcel lost in transit
As soon as the courier finishes investigating the claim, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement.
